If you're havin' girl problems I feel bad for you son/ I got 99 problems but a bitch ain't one

The dawgs got themselves fed down at Mirch Masala in Tooting then back to tha endz for Sagres and brandy with the Portugezzers.

On the corner of main street/ Just tryin' to keep it in line

Visited a fabric shop for the first time in 10 years then onto Borough Market for Venison burgers. Somebody should open a KFC there. Eliza was taking lots of pictures.

I'm guided by signal in the heavens/ I'm guided by this birthmark on my skin/ I'm guided by the beauty of our weapons

Your eyes are just like black spiders
Your hair and dress in ribbons. Babycakes
In despair or incoherent. Nothing in between
China white my bride tonight
Smiling on the tiles

Bring that minute back
We never get as close as when the sunward flight begins

I share it all with you
Powder blue
Stumble through the crowds together
They're trying to ignore us. That's o.k.
I'm proud to be the one you hold when the shakes begin

Sallow skinned, starry eyed, blessed
In our sin.

I left my throne a million miles away/ I drink from your tears/ I sing the blues everyday

Through the crosstown traffic in the Vice Staff Black BMW listening to the new J Spaceman stuff (totally fucking amazing) to see Capper's mate Russell do an extreme noise laptop performance with loads of lasers. Bouncer was in the house. At the end Russell made devil horn signs and attempted to raise old Louis Cypher himself from the depths of the Underworld. Elsewhere the new Wu album '8 Diagrams' impacts global on December 4th.

That little faggot got his own jet airplane/ that little faggot he a millionaire

Scooted to Viceland at lunch. Bumped into Jamie James. He's a butt naked playa. Spent last night talking to a ghost on the phone.

I asked the painter why the roads are coloured black/ "He said Steve, It's because people leave and no highway will bring them back"

Met Caughtbytheriver.net and followed the amazing and talented JAYMAY (check her Myspace) across Soho to various gigs she was doing. Ended up at 57 Greek Street in an impromptu jam session with the Heavenly Politburo. Romeo from The Magic Numbers turned up and did, er, a couple of numbers. Ace night. Like Greenwich Village in the sixties or something. Wouldn't have been surprised if Leonard Cohen had turned up. Can't believe Jack Bauer is in lock down for 48 days. Surely no prison can hold him?

Lived in a brownstone/ lived in the ghetto/ I've lived all over this town

An extremely annoying and fruitless weekend scouring the capital for rooms and flats while dealing with soulless dead eyed Robber Baron bastard landlords. Magnolia is the colour of English depression. Oh, and Dogface is in trouble back north for fighting with a Staffie in the Barrel. My Dad unwisley intervened and got a lump taken out of his leg...Papa Jock is now on Anti-Biotics...On a happier note I went to see 'Control' It's about Joy Divison, suicide, shit northern towns and is in black and white. It's really good.

"With a Bulletproof screen on the Hood of my Truck, And a Bradley on my backdoor...."

Grubby swung by the office to pick up some Body Armor and borrow my Contax before catching a C-130 to Iraq. The Kesslers bought me a delicious Curry after a couple at the bar. Scanning Loot, Gumtree, etc etc....

"Oh oh its Friday night, the white punks play tonight.."

Ran into Mature Lensman and Colonel of The Confederate Air Force Mr Tom Sheehan in reception. Great to see him. It seems the staff of 1965 records are a bit in the dark as to the history of the area in which they work so here goes...
"The word Soho is an old hunting call used to call in the hounds. The district was christened with this name as Soho was a hunting ground attached to Westminster Palace. Soho was an area of farmlands in the Middle Ages and was acquired by the crown in the 1530s. Until the Great Fire of London in 1666, Soho was mainly composed of fields with a small number of cottages in the Wardour Street area. In the 1670's and 80's, the Soho of today was created, largely by 17th-century urban developer Gregory King, to alleviate the over-crowding in the centre of London."
If you want to know anymore about, say, Bloomsbury or somewhere indieboys then look it up on Wikifuckingpedia.

"Better off in Iowa against your scrambled eggs, than crawling down Cahuenga on a broken pair of legs..."

Lobster watch at Emap Elan then over to the Ned Sherin Lounge for the birthday party. Can buildings have birthdays? It was nicely low key compared to the expected carnage. Some great music was played (as you would expect) from A Beggar's Opera etc etc. Ran into lots of old faces: Ben Swank, Disco Stu, Indie, etc etc. Daniella was wearing an amazing red hat!
