After the Asylum we hooked up with Hugh from Christian Response and visited a number of families they help out. Those Carp are destined for a sticky end.
Saturday morning we visited an "insane" Asylum hidden out in the Moldovan boonies about an hour away from Balti. There was SO much love there. In the picture at the top the bloke has no legs so his mate carries him around all day. 24/7. The midget is the gravedigger for the Asylum.
The Nylon magazine crew hit town for the London issue. We are cool again. Had a sarnie at the bar with Luke then Dim Sum with April Stephen etc etc. Effi Briest played again. I'm sat here just back from the east with incredible culture shock.
Shot some pool with A Sturrock and Jamie James then ate a burrito up the Finsbury Park endz. Then caught wind that ace DJ crew Music For Punks were playing down at the LA2 (brilliant night: they finished the set with 'One Night In Bangkok' by Murray Head) London is brilliant at the moment but I miss my dawg. Plotting Moldava tonight.
Down to the best curry house in London through solid fireworks traffic for on the bone chicken deghi. Strange now to remember Gramps eating there with us one time. Happy Diwalli everyone. There were amazing explosions in the sky across London last night.
